Naomi Watts and Naveen Andrews recreate romantic moment between Princess Diana and her heart surgeon lover as they film at night

She hasn't been spotted filming for a few weeks, but on Tuesday it was time for Naomi Watts to step back into Princess Diana's shoes again.
The 44-year-old actress was spotted filming more scenes for upcoming biopic, Diana, which focuses on the last two years of the late princess' life.
As Watts took to London's Primrose Hill to shoot night time scenes, she was joined by Lost star Naveen Andrews, who takes on the role of heart surgeon Doctor Hasnat Khan - said to have been the love of Diana's life.

The Australian actress, who bears a striking resemblance to Diana, was seen sporting her trademark blonde hairstyle and wearing a beige mac coat.
She teamed it with dark jeans and a white top as she strolled in the park with her hands in her pockets.
Andrews was wearing a similar coat and also wore jeans as he chatted with his co-star.
The pair were obviously recreating a romantic moment between Diana and the surgeon, who reportedly used to meet up late at night in order to avoid being seen together.
According to Diana's butler, Paul Burrell, her relationship with Khan ended in July 1997, and it is thought that she began a relationship with Dodi Fayed in order to make Khan jealous.
But the scenes being filmed on Tuesday night were clearly recreating a time before July 1997 when Diana and the heart surgeon were very much together.
Watts was clearly feeling the chill of the British weather as they worked well into the night, and was spotted swapping her black heels for a pair of sheepskin boots, and also wore a large black puffer coat in between takes.
Andrews did the same as the pair were seen chatting with director Oliver Hirschbiegel about upcoming scenes.
The biopic also stars Douglas Hodge, Geraldine Jones and Jonathan Kerrigan and is slated for release some time in 2013.

She is so busy shooting this one and promoting the other one at the same time, and has kids to look after too.
