She stepped out looking less than fabulous in a bunched up pair of overalls earlier this week. But Naomi Watts was back to her red carpet best on Thursday when she slipped into a
revealing, floor-sweeping dress to attend the Happy Hearts Fund gala in New York.
The 45-year-old actress stopped traffic as she strolled through the Big Apple to the event in a white form-fitting number that clung to her willowy figure and highlighted her trim waist.
