Many women will concur that it gets harder to stay in shape with the onset of middle age.
But at 43, Naomi Watts is blessed with a fabulous figure and she flaunted it as she splashed around on the beach in Barbados today.
The actress, who has just finished filming comedy The Grandmothers, looked sensational as she went for a dip with her husband Liev Schreiber.
The actress, who moved to Australia when she was 14, decided to go down the conservative route by wearing a flattering blue one-piece swimsuit.
And it seemed to have the desired effect on her Scream actor husband, who could not resist grabbing her to plant a kiss on her lips as they splashed around in the ocean waves.
The couple have been married since 2005, but it does not seem like their passion has waned over the years.
Naomi's wonderful form is even more impressive given the fact she is a mother to four-year-old Alexander and three-year-old Samuel.
The Oscar-nominated star is confirmed to be appearing in Caught In Flight about the final two years of Diana's life.
Diana's romance with the late Dodi Fayed will be featured in the film as well as her role in campaigning against landmines.
When it was announced in February that Watts had been given the role, she said: 'It is such an honour to be able to play this iconic role - Princess Diana was loved across the world, and I look forward to rising to the challenge of playing her on screen.'
