Naomi Watts' family fun day at the Malibu Beach Mar 23, 2013

Life's just beachy! Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber treat their boys to a blissful day out in Malibu

When splashing around on a Malibu beach on a sunny Saturday afternoon, the family looked like the embodiment of the American dream.

Naomi Watts, 44, and partner Liev Schreiber, 45 took a break from their busy schedules to spent Saturday afternoon on the beach with their sons.

Naomi looked nearly photo shoot ready, with her shoulder-length light locks peeking out of a Panama hat as she looked over the waves.

Classic aviator sunglasses protected her blue eyes, and matched her partner’s eyewear choice as well.

The actress must be taking some much needed rest and relaxation, as she has filmed all her scenes as Diana, Princess of Wales in the eponymous biopic set to release later this year.

Comfortable in a pair of rolled denim shorts and a loose cotton white top, Naomi looked anything but 44 with such a young-looking figure.

Liev looked ever the doting father, grabbing buckets of water and holding his son’s hand for safe keeping.

The actor is set to appear in four different movies in 2013, though his most notable role looks to be playing the titular role in Ray Donovan opposite veteran Jon Voight.

All together on the California coast, the family splashed and lounged at their leisure.
