Naomi Watts' romantic helicopter birthday

Flying high! Liev Schreiber whisks Naomi Watts away in a helicopter for romantic trip to celebrate her 45th birthday


Naomi Watts turned 45 on Saturday and her doting husband Liev Schreiber was starting the birthday surprises first thing.

The pair were seen arriving at the VIP Heliport in New York in the early morning where they hopped aboard a slick black helicopter.



It seems Liev was whisking his better half off on a romantic trip out of the city for the weekend.

Naomi couldn't hide her excitement as they arrived hand-in-hand ahead of their journey and laden down with luggage.
